I was employed as a Managed Service Consultant at Power-Net IT Solutions. My position at Power-Net was unique as I was permanently on-site for a large client of ours. In this unique position I was required to work independently, managing my own time as I worked through tickets and managing relations with the client. In addition to this I also helped document and automate as many relevant processes as possible.

My role at Axsys IT was a level 1/2 IT Service Engineer. I worked on a variety of tasks from implementation of new systems to maintenance and upgrading on older systems. In this position I had a few notable longer-term projects:

• Working to increase security across all our offerings, especially cloud services
• Rebuilding cloud infrastructure to better reflect suggested best practices
• Assisting with the implementation of IT Business Management software (ConnectWise)
• External IT cover for clients

I have also had the opportunity to assist with certain accounting and sales roles, which has helped me gain a much greater understanding of the processes surrounding a business such as procurement, billing systems, invoicing and SLAs.
